Thoughtfully designed, terraced residential architecture filled with daylight by Benthem Crouwel Architects from the Netherlands and the Czech studio RA15 is the result of an international competition involving more than 160 architectural studios. Benthem Crouwel Architects is a Dutch architectural firm founded in 1979 in Amsterdam. Their award-winning projects can be found not only in the Netherlands, but also in many other countries across Europe and beyond. RA15 is a Czech architectural studio with over thirty years of experience, specializing in innovative large-scale developments for both private and public investors.
Developer
The area of the former Žižkov Freight Station is one of the largest brownfield sites in the wider city center of Prague, covering more than 70 hectares. It is currently being transformed into a new residential district developed by six major development companies. The northern part of the site, along Malešická Street and K Červenému dvoru Street, is being developed by Penta Real Estate in cooperation with Sudop Invest.
